Functional Safety Engineer– Fleet - £35k - £50k

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a world renowned Electronics manufacturer based in Fleet who are now seeking a Functional Safety Engineer to help deliver the product lifecycle of a brand new Electrification system the company is developing.

The company have offices across the UK with customers globally and are expanding due to success in the market and customer interest. The company are now seeking a Functional Safety Engineer ideally with experience in the Automotive industry.

This is a Functional Safety Engineer role, working as part of specialised team, within a bigger project. Due to the nature of the work, this will be a mostly onsite role with occasional remote working.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or similar
  
  
• 4 years commercial Functional Safety experience
  
  
• Solid experience working on improving quality and management processes in a Functional safety setting.
  
  
• Experience seeing Electrification projects from Design to manufacture
