Neulinx has partnered with anearly-stage startup in the employee advocacy and social media spaceto find aFounding Fullstack Engineer. This is a rare opportunity to join as the first engineering hire,own the entire tech stack, and build a product from the ground up.


The Role

Reporting directly to theCEO, you’ll take full ownership of the technical direction, working closely with them to develop the core platform. As thetechnical leader, you’ll be responsible for building the MVP, setting up best practices, and making key architectural decisions.


The ideal candidate is asenior or lead fullstack engineerwith experience developing products from scratch and a strong understanding ofAI-driven solutions.


This role offers aclear path to Head of Engineering/CTOas the company scales.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire tech stackand drive key decisions on architecture and infrastructure
  • Design, develop, and deploy thefirst version of the platformwith scalability in mind
  • ImplementAI-powered features, leveraging automation, data analytics, or machine learning
  • Work closely with theCEO and product teamto define and iterate on core functionality
  • Set up best practices for development, testing, and deployment
  • Lay the groundwork forhiring and scaling an engineering team


Who You Are

  • Senior or Lead Fullstack Engineerwith experience buildingscalable products from scratch
  • Strong front-end skills withReact (preferred) or another modern JavaScript framework
  • Backend experience withNode.js, Python, or .NET
  • Comfortable withAI technologiesand integrating them into products (e.g., machine learning models, NLP, automation)
  • A hands-on builder who thrives in afast-moving startup environment
  • Based in or nearLondonfor occasional in-person meetings
