You’ll be joining an elite, high-performance team of engineers, where you will have a direct impact on building cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to the development of the entire platform, from back-end systems and ML infrastructure to building scalable pipelines and fine-tuning LLMs, with a focus on both thefront-end and back-end.
  • Collaborate with a small but exceptional team to design and implement robust software solutions, ensuring the product is world-class and scalable.
  • Take ownership of your projects, providing thoughtful, well-architected code that’s easy to maintain and highly performant.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges, thinking holistically about product value, technical decisions, and user experience.


We’re Looking For:

  • AFull-Stack Software Engineerwith 3+ years of experiencein building high-quality, production-level software.
  • A strong academic background –you must have a 2.1 or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from a top-tier university (e.g. Oxford, Imperial, UCL, Bristol, Kings College, etc).
  • You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage your own goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong grasp ofJava,Python,Spark,Postgres,React, andTypescript(experience with these technologies is a plus, but strong knowledge of any full-stack tech is valued).
  • Bonus points if you have experience deployingAI production applications, fine-tuningLLMs, or working withlarge-scale content indexing systems.
