About the Role:

As the Founding Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's cybersecurity strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the development of AI-driven solutions that incorporate contextual intelligence and adaptive reasoning to protect complex operating environments.

• Lead the architecture and implementation of innovative cybersecurity solutions.
• Create and refine AI-based security strategies, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and ontology-based systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures across OT and IT platforms.
• Perform risk assessments and threat modeling to continuously improve the product’s security capabilities.
• Provide mentorship to future team members as the company grows.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT/IT environments.
• Strong expertise in threat detection, incident response, and security best practices.
• Demonstrated success in leading OT cybersecurity operations.
• Proficient in AI, machine learning, and large language models.
• Knowledge of data integration and ontology modeling is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI-driven security solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like NIST, ISO 27001.
