We are seeking a Product Marketing Leader to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer Quantinuum on its mission to build the world's leading quantum computers to solve complex global challenges. You will be integral to our growing marketing team, supporting our go-to-market strategies with clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and marketing support. Your efforts will help bring clarity to the evolving quantum computing market and drive our marketing initiatives and investments. This role will report into the VP of Marketing & Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Marketing Plans: Collaborate with product management, offering, and delivery teams to position and develop messaging for Quantinuum's quantum computing hardware and software offerings. Own market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to support the product roadmap.
  • Drive Awareness and Demand: Create strategies and programs that generate interest in quantum computing hardware across various market segments, focusing on relevant verticals like, physical sciences, financial services, and government sectors.
  • Create Compelling Content: Produce high-quality marketing materials, including collateral, demos, presentations, videos, blogs, and more. Work with sales and business development teams to develop client-facing content and sales enablement tools.
  • Engage with Audiences: Represent Quantinuum at industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and on social media. Serve as a spokesperson for analyst and press coverage as needed.
  • Monitor and Adjust Strategies: Review performance data and digital analytics to ensure transparency and accountability for full-funnel KPIs. Embrace an iterative approach to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Engaging with engineering teams to understand technical details and identify key value propositions.
  • Drive go-to-market launches for Quantinuum's quantum computing hardware solutions.
  • Craft technical marketing content such as white papers, presentations, blogs, demos, and customer success stories.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Quantinuum's solutions to internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure Product Differentiation: Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape to maintain and enhance product differentiation and adjust messaging accordingly.

You must have:

  • Specific industry experience in HPC or previous Quantum experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of work experience in marketing, product marketing, developer relations, technology evangelism, or product management.
  • Minimum 8+ years specifically in product marketing or developer marketing within technology, infrastructure, or platform companies.
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

We value:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • B2B Product Marketing: 10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong background in hardware solutions for large enterprises, government/federal audiences, and institutions. Familiarity with marketing analytics and a highly matrixed global organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and cross-collaboration skills to drive consensus across varied teams.
  • Management experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a constantly changing industry.
  • Experience writing, researching, and structuring long-form technical content for a business audience.
  • Ability to interview subject matter experts to document complex technologies and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Quantum Computing Experience: Prior experience in quantum computing, high-performance computing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with quantum algorithms, programming systems, and hybrid classical/quantum computations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
