You are a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Finance professional eager to join our Finance team as UK Finance Manager. This role reports directly to the EU Finance Director.
As Finance Manager, you play a critical role in helping shape our financial future and provide exceptional support and insights to our clients and stakeholders. You prioritise accuracy and attention to detail and proactively seek opportunities for professional growth employing best practices to achieve success in our dynamic and futurist-thinking environment.
Reviewing and posting all vendor invoices, bank journals, accruals & prepayments, done by AP coordinatorAnalysing and posting bad debt entry, foreign exchange variances, payroll, holidays, taxConducting bank reconciliationManaging the asset registrationSetting up vendors following ICFR controls, helping operational team with their timesheet submission, purchase order creation if needed.
Keeping monthly billing schedule tracker updated and making sure all supporting documentation are received, accurate and saved.Reporting in SAP monthly P&L, BS and all breakdown detailsReporting quarterly & yearly report in SAP
Managing a team included an AP coordinator based in Paris office and European biller based in London officeLiaising with your respective HR colleagues on payroll topicsLiaising with third parties such as external auditors, legal authorities, WPPHelping the team to build a budget, working on contract, providing legal support to operational memberKeeping a close communication with country leads and being a financial support for them
