- Translating complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences and which include errors, limitations and uncertainties.

- Building and maintaining dashboards, automated reporting and self-service tools using platforms such as Kibana, SQL, Python, and in-house tools.
- Providing people leadership and management to your direct report(s) through effective communication, objective setting, feedback, coaching, mentoring and support with career development to maintain an engaged, productive and inclusive team environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Highly numerate and ideally degree qualified in a relevant discipline e.g. Computer Science, Maths or Engineering.
- Significant experience in data and business analysis, preferably in games, entertainment, or tech.
- Coding and scripting experience in at least one of Python, R, or Bash.

- Experience working with both Linux and Windows.
- Strong knowledge of a range of Databases (flatfile, relational, document, timeseries, etc).
- Experience using a range of ETL & ELT pipelines (dbt, Logstash, Python, Gitlab ci/cd, TeamCity, etc).
- Proficient in data querying tools and visualisation tools e.g. Athena, Kibana, Jupyter, SQL.
- Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical people.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Video game industry experience, including knowledge of online game components and an understanding of player behaviour.
- Experience working with telemetry data from live service or multiplayer games.
- Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) and telemetry tracking systems.
- Previous people management experience (but we’re open to supporting someone stepping into a management role for the first time).
