Become a EcommerceWeb Analyst (GA4 Experience)

We are looking fora talented and experienced Ecommerce Web Analyst with expertise inGA4 to join our Digital team. As an Ecommerce Web Analyst you willbe working within the Ecommerce Trading Team to analyse salesperformance and identify opportunities for revenue optimisation.Leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights thatinform trading decisions promote bestselling products and enhancesite performance. Proven experience working within an ecommercetrading team with a strong understanding of trading strategies andonsite customer behaviour isrequired.

  • Track &Optimise: Leverage GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor keyecommerce metrics and customer journeys providing actionableinsights that inform trading decisions promote bestselling productsand improve customer journeys.
  • CustomInsights: Create tailored reports dashboards and performancemetrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate& Experiment: Team up with design development and marketingto run datadriven experiments and A/B testing to optimise the userjourney.

  • Proven experience working within an ecommerce tradingteam with a strong understanding of trading strategies and onsiteconsumer behaviour.
  • Demonstrated ability todeliver actionable insights that have directly contributed torevenue growth.
  • Detailoriented andresultsdriven with a passion for ecommerce and tradingexcellence.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in asimilar role specialising in ecommerce analytics and user behaviouranalysis within ecommerce teams
  • GA4 Expertise:Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) includinghandson experience with event tracking custom dimensions andadvanced segmentation.
  • Analytical Ninja:Strong skills in interpreting complex data sets and turning theminto actionable insights.
  • Data Visualization:Proficiency in tools like Looker Google Data Studio or Tableau forvisualising data.
