WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our data is clean, enriched, and ready to power campaigns, customer retention, sales, and product strategy. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with teams across the business to monitor live data flows, maintain and improve enrichment processes in tools like Clay and HubSpot, and ensure our systems are always aligned with our go-to-market needs.

You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving data quality issues, tagging and categorising records, and conducting ad-hoc research to support data hygiene and alignment with our Ideal Client Portfolio. You'll also stay up to date with evolving tools and platforms, suggesting improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and overall data utility. In this collaborative role, you'll help shape workflows and processes that boost the efficiency, accessibility, and strategic value of our data.

CAMPAIGN DATA ANALYST – ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Familiarity with CRM and data platforms (HubSpot, Clay) and understanding of marketing/sales workflows.
  • Competency with spreadsheets, conditional logic, and basic formulas.
  • Comfortable with research, data manipulation, and process-driven tasks.
  • Interest in learning technical concepts such as APIs, enrichment tools, and data logic.
  • Awareness of eCommerce principles and lead generation tactics would be a bonus.
