Career Growth, Flexibility and Collaboration!

Entrust is an innovative leader in identity-centric security solutions, providing an integrated platform of scalable, AI-enabled security offerings. Headquartered in Minnesota, we offer our colleagues the ability to work globally, in a flexible and collaborative environment. Our team makes an impact!

The Company:Entrust relies on curious, dedicated and innovative individuals whom anticipate the future and provide solutions for a more connected, mobile and secure world. Entrust’s technologies and expertise help government agencies, enterprises and financial institutions in more than 150 countries serve and safeguard citizens, employees and consumers.

We Believe:Securing identities is most effective when we value all identities. We are committed to ensuring that, through diversity and inclusion, the many voices that make up our communities are heard. From unconscious bias training for managers to global affinity groups that create connections both within and across our enterprise, Entrust expects and encourages all individuals to accept and respect one another. And, of course, to be themselves.

Onfido is the latest acquisition made by Entrust in April 2024. Together, we’re building the new identity standard for the internet.

Whether you want to open a bank account or hire a car, our lives are moving online. That means millions of everyday interactions now happen digitally—without ever meeting anyone face-to-face. Increasingly, our identities are becoming the new currency which we use to access online services. But with half the world being unbanked, and identity fraud on the rise, that’s becoming more and more difficult. So our mission is to create an open world, where identity is the key to access.

We use machine learning to assess whether a user’s government-issued ID is genuine or fraudulent, and then compare it against their facial biometrics. As a global leader in computer vision, our AI learns to identify fraud as it evolves over time. Our goal is to apply cutting-edge research to build powerful, simple products that drive inclusion and safety online—without compromising on user privacy.

That’s how we give companies like Revolut, Zipcar and Bitstamp the assurance they need to onboard users remotely and securely across 195 countries… and we’re just getting started!

As Director of Geo Expansion (Global) at Onfido/Entrust you will be responsible for:

  • International Expansion: Lead our geographic expansion strategy and product execution supporting our company growth targets.
  • Go-to-market: Partner closely with local and global growth teams to drive successful new country launches and optimizations, always focusing on driving towards commercial outcomes. This includes pricing, packaging, and enablement.
  • Compliance and regulation: The majority of our customers are highly regulated and regulation is a key determinant of our product market fit by geography or trust framework. Partner with our legal and compliance teams to analyse and respond to upcoming changes in regulation and ensure Onfido complies with key local regulations.
  • Manage a team of senior IC product managers and, at some times, adjacent functions relevant to the domain. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and personal growth.
  • Be part of the Product Leadership team at Onfido, contributing to and modelling the product team culture and processes.
  • Manage the Product organisation’s geo expansion budget to ensure financial discipline.
  • Build strong collaboration with the Growth, Customer Success, Ops, Finance, Product and Engineering leadership teams, to contribute to the strategic vision of the organisation and drive execution excellence.
  • Support the business and customer escalations.
  • Support external communication efforts with our Marketing team.
