Operating across Europe, North America, and APAC with an expanding SaaS portfolio, we are looking for a Director of Field Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute the UK Marketing plan and collaborate closely with our UK GM, the wider RevOrg, product marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, and brand and content.

The role - what you’ll do as our Director of Field Marketing:

The day-to-day:

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for the UK region to drive revenue across target segments;
  • Collaborate with product marketing and UK leadership to align priorities and define strategy
  • Manage and optimize the UK marketing budget, focusing on improving key metrics like CPL, CAC, and conversion rates;
  • Oversee digital marketing performance in paid and organic channels, in partnership with the Director of Digital Marketing;
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the UK marketing team, while tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Identify joint marketing opportunities with key UK partnerships.

Requirements

About you - what we are looking for:

Below are our ideal requirements, but we hire on potential, not just on experience, and we know that some people are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t meet 100% of the criteria. At Dext we are committed to cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and empowering culture, so please apply if you meet the majority of these competencies.

  • Strong experience in B2B demand generation, events, product & field marketing;
  • Some experience gained with an accounting and bookkeeping technology business;
  • Proven experience in creating and presenting structured marketing plans to senior leadership.
  • Strong background in multi-channel campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in budget management and reporting key metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC).
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in sales enablement and vendor negotiation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and JIRA is preferred.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, prioritise, and delegate effectively.

Benefits

What you’ll be part of - our values, culture, and behaviours:

We are a fast-paced, ambitious FinTech organization backed by Private Equity (HgCapital). Despite our scale, we maintain the agility of a start-up. Our values guide everything we do:
