Job Description Our client, a leading global strategyconsultancy, is seeking a director level candidate, or highlyexperienced associate director / senior manager level professionallooking to step up, with vast strategy, commercial excellence, dataand data science experience, to join their specialised teamfocussed on solving pricing, revenue growth and profit optimisationproblems for its clients. This team supports clients from a numberof sectors including retail, leisure, consumer goods, healthcare,transport, industrial manufacturing and financial services sectors,however this role requires candidates with specialist TMTexperience. Role and responsibilities: Leadership and TeamManagement: * Lead a team of pricing consultants and analysts,ensuring high performance and development of talent. * Drivestrategic direction for pricing projects, managing multipleengagements simultaneously. * Collaborate with cross-functionalteams (e.g., customer strategy, performance strategy teams, etc.)to develop comprehensive pricing solutions. Client Engagement andRelationship Building: * Serve as the primary point of contact forsenior client stakeholders (C-level executives), developing andmaintaining strong relationships. * Lead discussions with clientsto understand their business goals, challenges, and pricing needs.* Present complex pricing strategies, recommendations, and insightsin a clear and actionable way to clients. * Identify new businessopportunities and assist in securing future client engagements.Strategic Pricing Solutions Development: * Design and implementpricing strategies that optimise revenue, profitability, and marketshare, while aligning with client objectives. * Develop and refinepricing models using advanced analytics, market research, andcompetitor analysis. * Lead the evaluation of different pricingapproaches (e.g., value-based pricing, dynamic pricing, cost-pluspricing) and recommend appropriate solutions. Project Management: *Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuringmilestones are met within timelines and budgets. * Oversee thecreation of project plans, models, and deliverables. * Ensurequality control and that deliverables meet client expectations andFirm standards. Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategiesData-Driven Analysis and Insights: * Leverage data analytics, AI,and machine learning tools to drive pricing strategy insights. *Analyse client data, market conditions, and customer behaviour toinform pricing decisions. * Build and interpret financial models toassess the impact of pricing changes on client profitability andperformance. Collaboration with Senior Leadership: * Work closelywith partners and other directors to align pricing strategyservices with the overall growth and goals of the firm. * Supportin the development and execution of business development strategiesto grow the pricing advisory practice. * Contribute to annualbudgeting and forecasting for the pricing strategy team. Candidaterequirements: * Demonstrable pricing strategy experience working ina leading strategy house, Big 4 firm, specialist boutiqueconsultancy or pricing, revenue growth or strategy team inindustry. * Detailed understanding of the value drivers withincorporate and / or private equity clients. * Track record ofleading high-value complex projects with multi-disciplinary teamsin a consulting or corporate environment. * Experience of managingor supporting high-value business development activities withC-level stakeholders. * Demonstrable ability to build andcommercialise relationships with senior executives. * Ability andtrack record of commercialising relationships. * Structuredthinking skills combined with creativity. * Ability to talkcredibly with C-level clients on the key issues and strategicconsiderations facing their industry. * Ability to evaluate complexchallenges and deliver insightful recommendations that can bepractically executed. * Strong numerical and analyticalcapabilities combined with sound commercial acumen. * ExcellentEnglish written and oral communication skills. * Other majorEuropean skills e.g. French and German would be a strong bonus. * Afirst class or 2.1 degree in quantitative/analytical studies suchas economics, maths, statistics, physics, engineering or equivalentis a definite plus.
