AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, focused on key AWS priority solution themes and topics that are designed to generate demand for AWS solutions.
  2. Execute digital marketing campaigns including program/project management, build, QA, deployment, testing, and reporting.
  3. Analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy.
  4. Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies.
  5. Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management.

AWS is seeking an innovative, self-directed Digital Campaign Manager with proven ability to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for AWS events, lifecycle campaigns, and more. You will optimize scalable digital marketing processes, leverage new tools and platforms and operationalise best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  2. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  3. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  4. Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  5. Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  6. Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
  7. Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
  8. Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  9. Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
