In this role you'll be part of a high functioning, multi-disciplinary team, taking a proactive approach whilst also taking accountability for the squad assigned deliverables. As the Delivery Manager for one of our service squads, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of both new and ongoing products and services, along with their operational management. You will collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team that includes Development Engineers, Test Engineers, Technical Architects, Product Managers, User Researchers, Business Analysts, and Service Owners.This is a chance to join a collaborative team where development and professional growth are actively cultivated! Please note for this role you need to be eligible for SC clearance and therefore have to have been in the UK for at least 5 years. Experience required:- Proactive, strong communicator - Possess an Agile Qualification such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Agilist (SA) etc. - Have practical, relevant and demonstrable Agile exp (not just Agile in theory) - Experience working in delivery Teams- Ideally Azure DevOps OR JIRA expIf this role sounds of interest then please apply to learn more
