As a Delivery Consultant - ML, you will innovate, redesign, and build cloud-native, business-critical AI solutions with our customers. You will leverage the AWS platform's features such as global scale, elasticity, automation, and high availability. Your work will involve building solutions using Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, EC2, Data Pipeline, S3, Glue, DynamoDB, RDS, EMR, Kinesis, Lake Formation, and other AWS services.

You will collaborate with AWS teams, customer groups, and partners on proof-of-concepts, workshops, and complex projects. You will lead projects independently and work as part of larger teams, demonstrating leadership and earning customer trust.

This role is customer-facing, requiring occasional visits to offices and client sites for service delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inventing and building AI solutions to solve complex, scalable, and innovative problems
• Utilizing AWS AI/ML services and frameworks to assist customers in building AI/ML solutions
• Guiding customers through planning, prioritization, and delivery of transformation initiatives, collaborating with AWS sales and service teams
• Delivering end-to-end AI/data projects, from understanding business needs to deploying models with monitoring and retraining
• Working with other AWS professionals to analyze, normalize, and label data, and operationalize models post-prototyping
• Helping define business outcomes and guiding technical architecture and investments
• Creating frameworks, methods, and best practices, and sharing knowledge through presentations and media
• Contributing to AWS service enhancements

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an ML practitioner with hands-on implementation of ML systems, including GenAI models
• 7+ years professional experience in a business environment, with IT platform implementation in technical or analytical roles
• 3+ years experience handling large datasets and strong software development skills in Python and another language (e.g., Java, C#)
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and a keen interest in AI/ML solutions, with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience with AWS AI/ML stack and Generative AI trends
• 3+ years application development experience with serverless technologies and training distributed ML models on CPU/GPU hardware
• Experience deploying ML models via real-time APIs and on cloud platforms
• Knowledge of industry-specific use cases for large language models in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.
