Salary: £60,000- £68,000 per annum plus a fantastic benefits package!

Location: Milton Keynes

Role Type: Hybrid – 2 days a week on-site

Are you a Data Warehouse Manager looking to join a fantastic global technology business in Milton Keynes on a 12 month maternity cover?

The Data Warehouse Manager position is responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of databases, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and API connections. This position focuses on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of data infrastructure to support various stakeholders, from supply chain to finance. There will be some line managerial duties associated with this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background and be comfortable dealing with stakeholders from numerous departments within the business.

The main responsibilities for this role are:

Database Management ETL Process Optimization API Integration Management Backlog Management Team Leadership and Development

What does the candidate need?

Vast expertise in data engineering, database management, and ETL processes. Deep knowledge of database technologies, encompassing relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL workflows using tools such as Apache Spark, Talend, or Informatica. Proficient in managing API connections and integrating with external systems and vendors.
