What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll work on projects as part of a team of Data Scientists, working on a range of data science, ML, and GenAI projects that deliver real business value. Whether it’s finance, pricing, marketing, customer services, and more, you’ll engage with stakeholders to solve complex challenges using state-of-the-art ML techniques, including Generative AI applications.

The business has a highly developed ML and MLOps infrastructure across its global operations, providing a strong foundation for deploying and scaling machine learning models effectively.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with ML Engineers and DevOps teams to ensure robust end-to-end deployment, automation, and monitoring of ML models. The department functions like an internal consultancy, allowing you to rotate between different business units and gain exposure to a variety of ML and GenAI projects—from classical machine learning through to cutting-edge generative AI applications.

This role requires 2 days a week in the office, with the rest remote. Candidates must be within a commutable distance or based locally.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • 3+ years hands-on Data Science and ML experience
  • Excellent knowledge of GenerativeAI and MLOps
  • Experience working across GenAI and MLOps projects
  • Experience working in financial services or an enterprise-scale business is a plus
  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying end-to-end ML models, with knowledge of MLOps best practices
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
