We are working with a rapidly growing UK-based data science company that leverages advanced AI and predictive analytics to deliver actionable insights across a range of industries. Their proprietary solutions are designed to optimize marketing efficiency, enrich data, and predict customer behaviours using millions of UK household and property-level data points.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data flows, integrating multiple systems, and ensuring clean, scalable data infrastructure to support advanced analytics and machine learning models. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building data processing and streaming systems
  • Leading initiatives on data storage, optimisation, and database management
  • Applying statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and model validation
  • Developing and evaluating AI/ML models to deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to maintain data quality and scalability
  • Communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Visualising complex data through dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ensuring compliance and ethical data science practices


About You

  • 3+ years of experience with data scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
  • 2+ years in a Data Scientist role with proven experience in AI/ML
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Experience in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from multiple sources
  • Proficiency in modern programming practices and collaborative coding
  • Passion for working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (start-up/scale-up experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
