Role Overview: As a Data Scientist at Infinity Call Tracking, you will be responsible for developing and refining data models, conducting complex data analysis, and generating actionable insights to enhance our call tracking services. You will collaborate closely with our prompt engineer and data engineer on machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, and data integration tasks to improve our operational processes. You will be working hand in hand with the I&I team to support customer data analysis and create insightful reports for the business to act on. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside a prompt engineer and data engineer to design and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that optimise call tracking and analysis. Analyse call data and customer interaction data to uncover insights and trends that can drive improvements in customer experience and marketing effectiveness. Utilise statistical techniques, data mining, and predictive modelling to guide data-driven business decisions. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support real-time analytics and reporting. Partner with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions that align with business objectives. Assist the Head of Engineering in the development and execution of data strategies, including A/B testing, segmentation, and anomaly detection. Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay informed of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of practical experience in a data science role. Skills: Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and modelling. Strong experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Understanding of NLP and speech-to-text technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
