The Role

Define and implement a modern Enterprise Data Platform Strategy
Build and optimise scalable, secure, and automated data solutions
Lead data engineering best practices (CI/CD, metadata-driven frameworks, automation)
Work closely with product & engineering teams to enable advanced analytics & AI
Ensure the platform is high-performing, compliant, and future-ready
