We are looking for a Data Engineer to help build scalable, high-performance applications that transform the modern workplace. We are seeking someone that gets excited about solving complex problems, working with cutting-edge tech, and driving innovation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


What you will do:


● Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure.

● Integrate structured and unstructured data from various sources into data lakes and warehouses.

● Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance through strong governance and validation frameworks.

● Manage and optimise data warehouses, lakes, and databases to support analytics and business intelligence.

● Develop automated dashboards and visualisations to deliver real-time insights to stakeholders.

● Identify and resolve data issues to improve accessibility, accuracy, and usability.

● Educate and support teams in leveraging data effectively, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

● Collaborate cross-functionally to align data strategy with business objectives.


What we are looking for:


● 2-3+ years experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Database Administration.

● Prior experience working with business intelligence, analytics, or machine learning teams.

● Experience in cloud-native data solutions and real-time data processing.

● Proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL (for ETL & data transformation).

● Knowledge of GDPR, data security best practices, and access control policies

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimise data processes.

● Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

● Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
