Job Description

BRAND NEW ROLE – DATA ENGINEER – £60,000 + Benefits – Manchester City Centre (2 Days a Week On-Site)

This opportunity is with a company that partners directly with charities, the NHS, and well-known commercial brands like Peugeot.

As a Data Engineer, you’ll be contributing to a brand new greenfield project focused on scaling the backend architecture for their finance systems, working closely with the tech team.

Tech stack includes:

  • AWS
  • DBT (Data Build Tool)
  • PostgreSQL
  • Tableau

    Culture-wise, this role is as good as it gets.

    You'll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays), and they are extremely flexible. They understand everyone is an adults in the business.

    So you'll get to work core hours are 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the rest of your work can be completed on your own schedule.

    Anyone with AWS and DBT experience - regardless of sector - would be a great fit for this role. The reason is that you'll receive extensive training from the existing engineers and architects on their systems.

    They’ll also cover the cost of AWS certifications and offer multiple days off each year specifically for upskilling.
