The RevOps Data Analyst is a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from multiple platforms to drive informed decision-making and optimise revenue generation. This role requires a combination of technical skills, analytical acumen, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will possess an understanding of marketing, sales and customer success-related metrics and KPIs. They will be able to uncover, analyse and format data in a visually compelling way. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the company's revenue growth by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. The Revenue Data Analyst will be a key player in shaping the company's revenue strategy and will have ample opportunities to develop their analytical and technical skills. Responsibilities Data Collection and Integration: Gather data from various sources, including Salesforce, Pardot, DemandBase, Kantata, and other relevant systems. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through cleaning, validation, and normalisation techniques. Integrate data from disparate sources to create a unified view of revenue performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key revenue metrics, such as pipeline velocity, win rates, customer lifetime value, and churn. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform sales, marketing, and customer success strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve revenue performance. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their data needs and provide them with relevant insights. Partner with the Revenue Operations team to implement data-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights. Provide scalable automated reports required by the finance team and board. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions from data. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Business Acumen: Understanding of revenue-related metrics and KPIs, and the sales, marketing, and customer success processes. Curiosity and Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical techniques. CRM: Good understanding of Salesforce report building, dashboards, exports and reporting automation tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Spreadsheets and data visualisation tools (we use Google, so Looker Studio and Google Sheets are preferred. However please still apply if you have experience with similar tools) Desirable Skills Experience with Marketing, Finance and Delivery tools.
