FTC Data Analyst (Procurement) – Hospitality Sector

Fixed-Term Contract (3–4 months)

Our client, a leading organisation in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong procurement expertise to support a key transformation period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and can hit the ground running.


You will work closely with the procurement and operations teams to analyse purchasing data, optimise supplier performance, and streamline inventory processes. A strong understanding of hospitality procurement is essential, along with hands on experience using MarketMan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Produce clear dashboards and reports to support operational and financial decision making.
  • Review spend patterns and recommend improvements to reduce cost and waste.
  • Ensure data accuracy within MarketMan and other internal systems.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations stakeholders to support ongoing projects.


Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
  • Strong background in procurement and supply chain data.
  • Hands-on expertise with MarketMan (essential).
  • High proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver insights quickly.
