Our studio is situated in a river-front building in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent, UK. We are growing fast, developing our games using cutting-edge technology and delivering these on multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox One and Series S/X

We are looking for maternity cover, on a one year fixed term contract to cover our Data Analyst. The successful candidate will deep-dive into our games, allowing us to understand and optimise user behaviour for player engagement and retention. You will become a pivotal role in influencing key decisions from game design to marketing across the company.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, distributing and maintaining reports, visualisations, and dashboards using Tableau and Excel Mining data and performing deep analysis across all game systems to determine and remedy pain-points in player engagement Providing meaningful metrics around game usage and game performance to teams across the business Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver relevant analysis to support business decisions Working with data and gameplay engineering team to implement and maintain reporting data flows Supporting the wider team in making use of shared data resources in Tableau

What we look for in you

In depth knowledge and experience of Tableau Desktop SQL skills, including experience querying large, complex data sets Previous experience with Alteryx Designer is beneficial Prior experience working in an AWS / GCP environment, including experience using BigQuery / Redshift as a data source is beneficial Previous experience of the computer games industry is beneficial Self-starter with excellent time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
