Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Utilize tools such asSQL, Tableau, and Excelto analyze datasets, providing clear and actionable insights.

• API Lifecycle Management:
• Analyze API usage data to understand adoption trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Work withAPI lifecycle management platformslikeApigeeandPostmanto assess performance and functionality.
• Apply knowledge ofAPI governance,OpenAPI specifications, andmetadata managementto support API strategies.
• Strategic Insights:
• Develop insights into catalogue usage patterns to demonstrate value and guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to present findings and recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required

• Essential:
• Experience with data analysis tools, includingSQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Familiarity withAPI lifecycle management platformssuch asApigeeandPostman.
• Strong understanding ofAPI governance,OpenAPI specifications, andmetadata management.
• Proven ability to interpret API usage data and deliver actionable insights.
