Location: Blackbushe, Hybrid (office visits twice a week)


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:30am-5:30pm)

Main Purpose of The Role:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to play a pivotal role support our Partner Finance and Commercial teams. Sitting within our central Decision Intelligence function and part of the Analysis & Insights team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Credit & Risk Operations, Finance, and Commercial to deliver impactful reporting and actionable insights.


Supported by expert teams in Data Engineering, Data Science, Reporting Services, and Data Partnerships, you’ll have access to the latest tools and a shared analytical framework – ensuring your work is efficient, consistent, and highly valued.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide key stakeholders with reports and analysis to drive business performance and communicate findings of above analysis with clear recommendations
  • Work with peers to ensure that all reporting, analysis, and dashboards are accurate, optimised and are as efficient as possible throughout the entirety of the data flow
  • Build a good understanding of the BCA remarketing business by developing relationships with key stakeholders and build understanding of how data and insights can support improved business performance
  • Support the Lead Data Analyst with delivery of quarterly priorities while balancing ad hoc requests from the business

  • Take ownership of continuous professional development & keep up with rapidly changing data industry trends
  • Collaborate with the wider Analysis & Insights team to share learnings and best practice and participate in team discussions and wider business projects
  • Produce and maintain Local Work Instructions for all reports produced to ensure business continuity

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Experience in Data Analysis
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and Power BI (DAX)
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Power Platform automation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover business insights
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to shape data-driven solutions
  • A curious mind and good analytical skills with the ability to tell stories with data and explain the rationale to stand behind recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with varied data quality and ambiguity
  • Ability to present insights confidently to senior managers
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on ownership and results
