A Fortune 500 company with over 60 offices in 20+ countries, a holding company for insurance, reinsurance, specialist advisory and investment operations around the world is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team initially on a 12 month FTC. This role isnt just about processing data, there is a breadth of activities happening here - lots of variety and a chance to be involved in process and improvement!

What we ask of you:

Manage a portfolio of delegated and other accounts to meet post-underwriting requirement
Assist with all aspects of delegated authority technical accounting; providing statistical information, checking and processing technical accounts
Control binder contracts through the chasing and handling of bordereau submissions by using in-house tools
Enter all risk information onto the in-house core systems (Eclipse/BDX)
Scan all contract information, filing it electronically and in hard copyWhat you will bring to this role:

Possess a sound knowledge of insurance; experience of working in the London Market or a delegated authority environment would be advantageous
Have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with their clients/brokers
Have experience of effectively managing and manipulating high volumes of data; they will be able to create concise and accurate reporting and supply a pertinent interpretation of the results
Be educated to a minimum of A-Level or equivalent
Possess strong numerical and analytical skills
Demonstrate good working knowledge of Excel, and be a competent user of MS Office; experience of using BDX/Eclipse would be advantageous and aptitude to learn in-house software is essential
Delegated experience, knowledge of Eclipse and BDX , CII qualifications or equivalent would all be desirable
