Position Overview:
As aData Analyst (IT), you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve business processes and decision-making. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders, utilizingMS SQL, C#.NET, and data visualization toolsto develop reports, automate processes, and optimize data management strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintainSQL databases and queriesto extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and optimizeC#.NETapplications for data processing, automation, and integration with business systems.
  • Createdata models, reports, and dashboardsusing Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools to support business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improvedata quality, integrity, and securityin compliance with industry standards.
  • AutomateETL (Extract, Transform, Load)processes to streamline data collection and reporting.
  • Analyzelarge datasetsto identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to definedata requirementsand translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Support IT projects by integratingdata analytics and reporting functionalitiesinto existing systems.


QUALIFICATIONS

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree inData Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency inMS SQL Server(query writing, stored procedures, optimization).
  • Experience inC#.NETfor application development, automation, and system integration.
  • Knowledge ofdata visualisation toolssuch asPower BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
  • Understanding ofdatabase design, normalisation, and indexing strategies.
  • Familiarity withETL processesand data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to presentcomplex data insightsin a clear and actionable manner.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working withcloud platforms(Azure, AWS) for data storage and processing.
  • Understanding ofmachine learning conceptsand predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge ofAgile methodologiesand software development lifecycle (SDLC).
