Your impact

You'll play a key role in building and scaling our Looker instance, ensuring teams across Frive have the tools and data they need to make informed decisions. By delivering high-quality analysis and actionable insights to teams like Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you’ll help drive strategic initiatives and accelerate business growth. Your work will directly support a data-driven culture across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale our Looker instance to support a self-serve analytics culture
  • Deliver clear, reliable dashboards and reports for Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Partner with teams to define metrics that track performance and unlock growth opportunities
  • Investigate trends, surface insights, and guide decisions with data-backed recommendations
  • Support company-wide analytical initiatives, from campaign reviews to financial forecasting
  • Improve data quality and structure to make analysis faster and more effective
  • Communicate findings in a way that's actionable—no data dumps, just answers that drive impact

About you

We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team, and things can change quickly—if that excites you, you’ll feel right at home. You don’t need a specific degree or a perfect CV. We care more about your mindset, your skills, and your willingness to learn.

  • You write solid SQL and feel confident working with large datasets
  • You’ve used a BI tool like Looker or Tableau to build dashboards that people actually use
  • You’re great at turning data into insights and helping others make informed decisions
  • You enjoy working with non-technical teams and explaining things clearly and simply
  • You’re proactive, curious, and excited to help shape how we use data across the business
  • Bonus: you’ve worked with Looker or helped build a BI setup before
  • Bonus: you’ve touched tools like dbt, BigQuery or Git—or you’re keen to learn them here

  2. Teams meeting with our Senior Data & Analytics Manager – getting more under the skin of what the expectations are in the role and some competency-based interview questions
  3. Task – presented in person in our Canary Wharf office to our Senior Data & Analytics Manager and Head Of Product – this will be a real insight how you’d approach some of the challenges on our roadmap, leveraging your existing experience, whilst adapting to our specific needs
