Your new role

  • Work with executives, directors, and heads of departments to capture organisational hierarchy for the new HR and Payroll solution.
  • Analyse data sets, evaluate differences, and identify potential issues.
  • Liaise closely with IT enterprise architecture and internal data teams to ensure data governance and data lineage.
  • Establish data governance and ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data within the HR and Payroll solution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and data innovation.
  • Prepare recommendations for organisational hierarchy and HR and Payroll master data structure design.
  • Ensure effective communication during the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Ensure project deadlines related to data are met.
  • Manage external relationships effectively and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Prior experience in HR and Payroll enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with Dayforce is desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous corporate data design experience.
  • HR and Payroll system experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and grammatical skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.

What you'll get in returnA contract role lasting up to six months, paying up to £500 per day with the role being Outside IR35. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working on offer.
