We’re looking for a Data Analyst who brings precision, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset to every engagement. You’ll be instrumental in surfacing insights that fuel our digital experiences — and guide our clients toward smarter, data-backed decisions. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Gather, clean, and interpret large volumes of data across web, campaign, and product analytics  Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, GA4, and Looker Studio  Work closely with stakeholders to identify performance trends and opportunities across digital platforms  Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and DataLayer structures to ensure robust data collection  Collaborate with strategy, design, and tech teams to measure the effectiveness of digital experiences  Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders  Continuously improve tracking accuracy, analytics workflows, and campaign tagging processes 

What you bring to the table: 

2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or digital analytics role  Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Power BI, and strong Excel/Sheets knowledge  Experience working with websites and CMS platforms, with an understanding of front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) a plus  Hands-on experience building and managing GTM containers and custom DataLayers  Experience with ad tracking, media performance analysis, and optimization (DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads)  Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings in simple terms  Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python scripting for automation, or experience developing dashboards for marketing teams
