Analytical & Business Applications Tribe is currently seeking a Data Analyst based out of our Manchester office.

We are transforming the operational systems and data processes of the analytical team so that the right information is readily accessible for use in the credit analysis. The role of the Data Analyst is to understand the needs of the business and enable delivery of the required information to analysts.

We’ll Count on You To:

Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Design and maintain automated data processes and reporting systems to enhance efficiency. Develop data dashboards and visualizations to effectively present findings to stakeholders. Ensure high data quality and compliance with governance standards while documenting business requirements.

What You Need to Have:

Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject with demonstrable practical data analysis experience. Excellent numerical and analytical skills combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel, along with familiarity with different database types. Strong ability in data modeling, cleansing, enrichment, and quality control techniques. Comfortable working with a complex network of stakeholders and conveying data standards and practices to non-technical stakeholders.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, or Tableau. Familiarity with agile development frameworks and cloud technology, especially AWS. Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, as well as API best practices. Comfortable working and developing in tandem with AI tools.
