My client is a the market leader of Trade Surveillance software to the financial services market who are looking to add a Data Analyst to their Client Services and Projects team. In this role you will be the escalation point for client services and be the client main point of contact and manage the issue through to resolution. You will be working closely with the Business Analysis team and integration team on any client issues.
Experience and responsibility:
Solutions – working with clients to understand their requirements and providing advice on system integration & configuration Providing client support in real-time situations Work to resolve issues – Linux / Unix scripting Assisting the sales team with pre-sales system demonstrations Providing technical consulting services around solution configuration, customisation and integration Strong understanding of FIX – message protocol You will have a strong background from the financial services industry (financial data / market data industry).You will have an understanding of financial services trading firms and ideally experience in client facing positions including application support, system / solution consulting and configuration of technical solutions.
