Overview

We are offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a Data Analyst Apprentice to join our marketing operations team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build their career in digital marketing technology and analytics while gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑leading platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.


Responsibilities
  • Learn to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform including database cleansing workflow creation landing page development and campaign asset management
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance through the creation and maintenance of custom dashboards and reports
  • Assist with implementing lead scoring segmentation strategies and marketing automation workflows
  • Support Salesforce lead management opportunity tracking marketing campaign set‑up and marketing attribution reporting
  • Help integrate new marketing tools and ensure proper data flow into existing systems
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on platform capabilities
  • Maintain process documentation and best practices for marketing operations
  • Support sales operations with lead conversion processes and best practice updates

Required Skills
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and marketing technology
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (or willingness to learn advanced functions)
  • Any experience with HubSpot Salesforce CRM or similar marketing platforms would be advantageous but not essential
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including email marketing landing pages and lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organisational capabilities
  • Must be eligible to work in France or UK

Entry Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship / A‑levels / BTEC etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
  • Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. Working Hours

37.5 hours per week.
