DATA ANALYST / ADMINISTRATOR – ESSTENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience managing Varicent or similar Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
- Expertise in configuring and maintaining Varicent or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
