Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled

Data Analyst

with deep expertise in

Power BI

to join our growing analytics team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering insightful dashboards, automating reporting processes, and supporting the implementation of

cutting-edge AI tools

across the firm’s investment and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support investment decision-making and portfolio management.
Collaborate with deal teams, portfolio managers, and operations to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
Assist in the design and implementation of AI-powered tools for predictive analytics, risk assessment, and operational optimization.
Extract, clean, and model data from various internal and external sources, including CRM systems, financial platforms, and portfolio company data feeds.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets to support investment theses and value creation plans.
Contribute to the automation of manual processes and standardization of reporting across portfolio companies.
Support data governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports and analytical models.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within private equity, investment management, or financial services.
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Experience or keen interest in AI/ML tools, such as automated forecasting, NLP, or machine learning platforms.
Solid understanding of financial and operational KPIs, especially those relevant to private equity and portfolio performance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
