We’re on the lookout for a commercially-savvy, data-driven problem solver to join us as our Tables and Occasions Data Analyst.

If you're the kind of person who loves digging into data, spotting opportunities others miss, and turning insights into action, this is your chance to make a big impact in a business that thrives on great hospitality experiences.

Working closely with our Group Revenue Manager, you’ll help shape how we drive booking performance across pubs, restaurants, and private hire spaces throughout the Butcombe Group, from everyday covers to big seasonal moments like Christmas.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for turning booking data into meaningful insight, helping us make smarter, faster decisions about how we manage tables, plan campaigns, and grow our occasion-based revenue.

One day you might be deep-diving into booking patterns across our venues to spot high and low-performing sessions; the next, you’re collaborating with GMs to improve space efficiency, or working with the marketing team to measure campaign impact.

You’ll bring booking trends to life through clear dashboards and visuals, building a full picture of how our guests dine, book, and celebrate with us, then helping us optimise every opportunity. You’ll also take ownership of our Collins system setup, making sure it’s tailored to each site and fully aligned with trading needs, events, and guest experience.

If you get excited about data, love creating clarity in complexity, and want to have a real commercial impact in hospitality, this role puts you right at the centre of it all.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a data or revenue-focused role (ideally within hospitality, events, or commercial environments)
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modelling) and Power BI reporting know-how
  • A confident communicator who can bring data to life for teams at all levels
  • Experience using Collins or a similar booking system – and ideally leading on setup/configuration
  • Ability to balance detail and pace in a fast-moving, multi-site business
  • Bonus points if you’ve got SQL knowledge or a background in revenue management

Why join us?

  • Salary of up to £31k depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • 30% off food, drink & stays at any Butcombe Pub
  • 20% off beer and merch from our online shop
  • Exclusive perks and discounts from thousands of retailers with The Benefits Bar
  • 24/7 wellbeing support – for your mental, physical and financial health
  • Real opportunities for growth and development in a business that values its people.
If you’re analytical, ambitious, and ready to be part of something exciting, apply now and help us set the bar high, one booking at a time!
