Job Description

My client is a leading provider of bridging and short-term finance with a vision to provide property investment solutions to customers. They specialise in accessibility of capital to help deploy property purchases, renovations and projects. My client has a dedicated software development department and they have created a bespoke platform which offers an array of investment products and finance opportunities. They cater for all types including entry level investors to large scale entities. The focus is to implement innovative finance options such as fractional ownership solutions, competitive rate of returns, and flexible lending terms. 

Due to internal growth they are now looking for a talented Data Analyst to be based in Borehamwood. You will work alongside Senior Management and help the company prepare data visualisations. You will be heavily involved with data insights and working with MySQL in conjunction with diverse data sources such as Google Analytics, Social Media & in-house property market data platforms. You will work closely with the finance and tech teams and relaying data accordingly. The purpose is to deliver accurate performance reports in a timely manner as well as external data sources. This will include building data reports for all sectors of the business from Finance, Marketing to risk management. The key attributes they are looking for are reliability, transparency, personality, efficient & innovative. 

Requirements

Experience in dashboarding- Power BI preferred however knowledge of other tools is welcomed


Power BI use Power Query/DAX 
Interpersonal skills- You will be dealing with high net worth individuals such as lawyers and investors 
Numerical minded
Minimum 2 years experience in a Data Analytics environment 
Analytical minded
Proficiency in MySQL or SQL 
Data visualisation skills
Reporting KPIs 
Identifying data sources and efficient pathways to access the data

Benefits


9am to 5:30pm Mon to Fri in our Borehamwood office (flexible hours 8am to 6:30pm)

40-50k per annum depending on experience

– Breakfast and Lunch provided daily (lunch is hot with an alternative vegetarian hot choice and salads)


· Pension contribution (after 3 months)


· Healthcare Insurance (post probation)


· Discretionary annual bonus (up to 10% of annual salary)


· 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays


– Drinks on a Friday at the office from 4:30pm if you would like to attend
