  • Adult Social Care data often comes from multiple sources with varying levels of completeness and accuracy. How would you assess, clean, and validate data before using it for performance reporting?
  • How do you ensure that the performance indicators and metrics you track reflect real outcomes for people who use services, not just operational outputs?
  • You may work with social workers, commissioners, and senior managers who have different levels of data literacy. How do you adapt your communication style to engage and influence them?

Before submitting your application, we recommend you read the job description & Our Life at Surrey handbook to get an insight into working at Surrey.
