You will create, in partnership with the rest of the IT function, the framework for the utilization of our data in Technology. You will support the Optimization Programme by creating and managing the necessary dashboards to support strategic decision making. Commercial optimization and Employee Experience will be a key deliverable for this role.

Particularly in the Microsoft arena where there is a heavy focus on cost, adoption and Employee Experience. You will utilise a large range of skills:
Elicitation – uncover the underlying business issues that need addressing.
Requirements Analysis and Validation – organizing and modelling requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous. Making sure that the requirements map to the business need.
Management Reporting in a manner which is statistically rigorous and compelling.
You will be eager to recognize and adopt best practices including the automation of routine data dashboards.
You'll need to be:
Data Analyst or similar for M365 services including license optimization Enterprise global estates of +5,000 employees or similar Background/degree in a relevant field eg economics/mathematics/statistics Advanced experience with PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, Azure PaaS Managed databases, implemented ETL processes, built data models, and created visualisations in relation to the services in scope for DWS eg M365 inc endpoint management
