DATA ANALYST / ADMINISTRATOR – ESSTENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience managing Varicent or similar Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
• Expertise in configuring and maintaining Varicent or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
