We’re looking for a detail oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Customer Directorate and help us turn data into actionable insight that improves services and enhances the customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a forward-thinking housing provider, supporting strategic projects and helping shape the future of customer service through high-value, accurate data analysis and reporting.

Working within the Customer Data & Performance team, you will have the opportunity to be at the heart of answering key business questions and solving business problems to drive tangible improvements in both service levels and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Analysing customer data to generate meaningful insight that informs service design and delivery.

Supporting the improvement of data quality across systems by identifying gaps and working with teams to resolve them.

Producing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business planning and transformation projects.

Collaborating with colleagues across the Customer Directorate to support continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery.

Assisting with strategic initiatives, including our New Paradigm transformation programme, through data and process analysis.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in data analysis, with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and data visualisation.

Experience in producing management information and supporting process improvements.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to a range of stakeholders.

A collaborative approach and the ability to manage your workload independently.

Experience in social housing or similar customer-focused environments.

Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and Power BI.

Where could this role take you? Whilst this role is fixed term for 24 months, in a business our size; circa employees and turnover £m+ (which is growing) and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other suitable opportunities may arise. Many of our talented colleagues started at Paradigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us. However, if something longer term doesn’t materialise, you will still gain valuable experience which will add to your employability in this and similar fields
