A global manufacturing business are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join their team. This is a brand-new role, so would suit an experienced candidate that is adept at establishing data processes and working with different departments to consolidate data.
 
As the go-to person for all things Data, you will be required to gather, process, and analyse data to allow the business to make data-driven decisions. Working cross-departmentally, you will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful interpretation of data to help operational efficiency and product quality.
 
This Data Analyst role will be on-site in Ripon.

Key responsibilities:

Analyse and document current data processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs. Utilise data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation prospects. Collect and validate data from various sources. Communicate and present findings and reports. Perform ad-hoc analysis and respond to data-related requests from different departments.


Core skills & experience for this role:
3+ years’ experience working in similar Analytics roleData AnalysisExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsExcel, SQLPower BI, Tableau, Python - desirableProcess mapping, gap analysis and business analysis experience is desirable.Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.Excellent communication skillsRelevant certifications would be desirableFull drivers’ licence and own car is required
