Our client are seeking a passionate Data Analyst with a strong technical skillset. You’ll manage and analyse customer and supplier data, automate data processes, and work with IT teams to improve reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyse data from WMS systems
  • Create customer MI packs and reports, including SLA data point
  • Analyse customer spend and assist with rate cards and tariffs
  • Ensure accurate data capture, tariff application, and system configuration
  • Monitor product/client volumes, identify trends, and provide analysis
  • Reconcile invoices via Xero
  • Work with IT teams to streamline data flows and solve inventory/data issues
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros), Power BI, SQ
  • Strong financial and analytical reporting skills
  • Data analysis experience
  • Highly numerate, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
