Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Ballymena HQ, Co Antrim.

To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our agile delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with global customers, use your analytical expertise to solve complex problems, and make a real difference in how we understand and migrate data.


 

What you will do : 

  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and data processes
     
  • Interpret data and analyze results, producing clear and actionable reports
     
  • Develop and optimize data analytics, collection, and management strategies
     
  • Acquire and maintain data from various sources, ensuring quality and integrity
     
  • Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets to inform solutions
     
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information requirements
     
  • Take ownership of improving analysis, mapping, and QA processes
     
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery team
     

What we are looking for : 
 

  • 12+ months’ professional experience in data migrations, quality assurance, or data analysis (within the past three years)
     
  • Proven ability to map ‘as-is’ business processes and contribute to technical discussions
     
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and varied data formats
     
  • Strong stakeholder communication and alignment skills across multiple business areas
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
     
  • Experience driving process improvements
     
  • A degree in Computing, Computer Science/CIT, or equivalent work experience


 

Desirable Experience -Its not a deal breaker, but ideally you will have: 

 

  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python
     
  • Familiarity with data profiling tools
     
  • Experience migrating complex data from legacy systems to SaaS platforms
