We're looking for an experienced Marketing Data analyst to join our team for a initial 6 month contract. It's an exciting time to join the team as we continue to focus on growing the business and building on our incredible word of mouth model.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer behaviours, journeys, and key lifecycle moments to inform segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies.
  • Design and measure our marketing experiments, helping us to evolve our marketing strategy through a continuous cycle of testing & learning.
  • Build end-to-end analytics solutions that support growth objectives such as cross-sell and retention, from data modelling through to developing dashboards.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into technical data requirements and collaborate with Data Engineers to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Create strategic dashboards in Looker and Mixpanel to support decision-making across Customer Marketing and CRM teams.
  • Develop attribution frameworks or statistical models to understand marketing impact across customer touchpoints better.
  • Become a go-to analytics partner for Customer Marketing — providing proactive insight and helping drive a more data-informed culture.

This is a 6 month contract. It is a hybrid role, based in central London 1-2 days per week. This is an immediate start vacancy.

Team and role context

As a Customer Marketing Data Analyst you'll be joining a central team of talented Analysts, reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager. You'll work closely with Marketing and CRM stakeholders to unlock insights that drive smarter customer engagement, fuel growth through cross-sell and retention and improve how we measure marketing performance.

What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

Your work will directly inform campaign design, performance tracking, and long-term marketing effectiveness. You'll help shape the marketing strategy through data – identifying what works, what doesn’t, and what could. This role is hands-on and embedded within cross-functional teams, requiring a strong foundation in data modelling, advanced SQL, and stakeholder collaboration.
