About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

This position sits at the intersection of product development, customer success, and business intelligence. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights for our clients, drive product improvements, enhance customer value, and support business growth. This role requires both technical expertise in data analysis and the ability to translate complex findings into strategic recommendations.

It is a unique role that will offer freedom to determine our roadmap and approach to data, whilst working closely with collaborative teams internally and externally to create insights & strategies from data gold mines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead data architecture improvements to enhance accessibility and usability across teams
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop the roadmap
  • Lead data reporting & insights for our customer success team in their regular meetings with customers
  • Leverage machine learning and AI to provide tools & insights for customer growth
  • Use data to enhance audience targeting strategies
  • Be a part of an attribution team building and refining models
  • Support media planning of our agency partners
  • Support Customer Services & New Business with data projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing, digital advertising, or SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools and dashboard creation
  • Demonstrated ability to build predictive models and conduct statistical analysis
  • Understanding of marketing metrics, attribution modeling, and customer journey analytics
  • Familiarity or experience in advanced techniques such as machine learning, MMM and propensity modelling
