Role:                                    Customer Growth Data Analyst

Location:                              Leeds, LS15(with hybrid working after completion of training)

Salary:                                 £30 - £50k per annum DOE, plus extensive benefits

Contract type:                    Permanent

Employment type:             Full time

Working hours:                 Monday – Friday 37.5 hours, with core hours operating from 9.30am-4pm.

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Customer Growth team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a Single Customer View (SCV) to the business, enabling deep customer insights and fostering data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Build and maintain a robust and scalable Single Customer View (SCV), integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, transactions, digital engagement, etc.) Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all customer records
  • Develop and deliver propensity models (e.g., churn, cross-sell, upsell) to identify actionable opportunities for growth
  • Analyse cross-category behaviour, identifying trends and correlations that inform strategic marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and measure the effectiveness of targeted campaigns, ensuring optimal audience selection and impact
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively
  • Partner with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment on customer growth objectives and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing best practices in data governance 
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy industry to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelors’ or masters’ degree in related field
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines within company and ethical rules and regulations
  • Numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate with working knowledge of MS office suite - Excel intermediate
  • Experience within healthcare sector would be advantageous
  • Experience working in marketing analytics or customer growth, with a clear understanding of campaign mechanics would be advantageous.
