As a Customer-Focused Data Analyst, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights — empowering customers to improve efficiency and maximise the value of their Renault Trucks fleet. By producing interactive reports, dashboards, and performance analyses, you will play a vital role in strengthening customer loyalty and driving continuous improvement.

Who Are You and Your New Colleagues?
You thrive on solving problems and turning numbers into stories. Analytical and methodical, you love diving into data and uncovering insights that drive action. You’re an excellent communicator, able to explain complex data in a clear, engaging way and you put customers at the heart of everything you do. You will be working in a tight-knit team of four, reporting directly to the Fleet Services Manager.
You will also collaborate with both internal and external Key Stakeholders to help customers maximise the efficiency of their operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and presenting interactive, user-friendly dashboards and KPI reports to showcase customer, partner, and network performance.
  • Analysing data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and best practices.
  • Onboarding new customers with demo packs and creating tailored dashboards to meet their specific needs.
  • Working with the Dealer Network to develop their capability in data management and presentation, educating and coaching them on the use of dashboards and data to benefit customers.
  • Engaging with small-to-medium Optifleet customers to ensure they unlock the system’s full potential.
  • Supporting day-to-day fleet management queries and assisting the wider Customer Advanced Solutions team.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong data analysis and visualisation skills — Power BI experience is essential.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with APIs to maximise efficiency in data integration and analysis.
